Why Messaging Me?

In recent years, instant messaging has already exploded in terms of usage first in Southeast Asia, then in Latin America, and is finally making its way into everyone's daily lives in Europe. In France, over 4️0 million people logged on to WhatsApp last month.

And yet very few large companies are taking advantage of it to manage their customer relationships. Traditional advertising, voice, email or the brand website are still the communication channels most used by companies to talk to their customers and prospects.
