Contrary to what this visual might suggest, I'm not going to talk about German new wave music today, but about Messaging Me, the company I've just set up!

Why Messaging Me in the first place?

Over the last few years, instant messaging has exploded in terms of usage, first in South East Asia, then in Latin America, and is finally becoming a part of everyone's daily life in Europe. In France, according to Médiamétrie, over 39 million people logged on to WhatsApp last month. And yet very few large companies are using it to manage their relationships with their customers. Traditional advertising, voice, mobile app, email or brand website remain the communication channels most used by companies to talk to their customers and prospects. And when they do, it's most often on a very small part of the possible field, customer relations most often. It's time to put the conversational format at the heart of brand experiences! It's no coincidence that the advent of ChatGPT is based on this format of dialogue and conversation, which is totally natural for all of us.  

How do I want to work?

By drawing on my in-depth knowledge of the ecosystem. Over the last few years, I've had the opportunity to work closely with the major platforms (Meta, Google, Apple in particular), their certified technical partners and customers from major French and international companies. As a result, I'm perfectly familiar with the products and services that platforms can offer today or in the future, and with my past experience, I've also identified the needs and expectations of my customers and their brands very well. Surrounded by a team of highly specialized experts, I aim to align them in the best possible way. 

What services can I offer my customers?

My ambition is to offer my customers platform-agnostic conversational strategies that respond to their challenges, such as increasing my point-of-sale traffic, improving the open rate of my marketing communications, boosting my sales, reducing my customer relations costs, and involving employees. But also to focus on the operational deployment of these in a short space of time. It's time, I'm sorry, it's urgent to democratize the use of conversational marketing, given its potential!
